Ömer Korçak
Assoc Prof of Science and Engineering
Ömer Korçak received his B.S. (with high honors), M.S. and Ph.D degrees all in Computer Engineering from Bogazici University, in 2002, 2004, and 2009 respectively. Currently, he is an associate professor and vice chair in Marmara University, Computer Engineering Department, Istanbul, Turkey. In 2011, he worked as a visiting researcher at Deutsche Telekom Laboratories, Berlin. His main research interests are in the general area of network optimization, network economics and game theory, with applications to wireless and broadband networks.

Ali Haydar Özer
Assoc Prof of Science and Engineering
Prof Özer received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2011, and since that time he has been a faculty member in the Dapartment of Computer Engineering at Marmara University. His research spans several fields: Mathematical Modeling and Combinatorial Optimization; Soft Computing - Heuristic Design; Electronic Market Design; Grid and Cloud Computing. Ciğdem Eroğlu Erdem
Professor, Computer Vision
Çiğdem Eroğlu Erdem received the B.S. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University in 1995 and 1997, respectively, with high honors. She received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2002. From September 2000 to June 2001, she was a visiting researcher at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Rochester, NY, USA. Between 2003-2004, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, where she was also affiliated with the video processing group at Philips Research Laboratories, Eindhoven. Between 2002-2009, she was the director of research at Momentum Digital Media Technologies Inc., a technology SME located in İstanbul. She joined the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Bahçeşehir University, İstanbul, Turkey in 2009 as an associate professor and was promoted to full professor in 2014. She also served as the department chair between 2014-2016. Between 2016-2024, she was a full professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Marmara University, where she served as the head of Computer Science section and the head of MÜDEK accreditation committee. In 2024, she joined the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Özyeğin University as a full professor.

Taj Saleh, Ph.D
Taj Saleh completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Istanbul Sehir University in 2018. He earned his Master’s degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Marmara University in 2022. Currently, Taj is pursuing his PhD at Marmara University.
